During my recent Easter getaway at Logis Hotel - Les Pasteliers, I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful blend of comfort and charm it offered. The hotel, located near the vibrant city of Toulouse, served as a perfect base for exploring the stunning Occitanie region, including the magnificent Sainte-Cécile cathedral and the picturesque village of Cordes-sur-Ciel. The warm, inviting atmosphere of the completely renovated restaurant, adorned with historical stone walls and rustic woodwork, made dining a joyous experience. I particularly appreciated the focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, as I indulged in their local specialties that reminded me of home-cooked meals. With a comfortable bed and a handy kitchenette to whip up a quick snack, the small apartment provided an ideal cozy retreat after long days of exploring. A friendly staff ensured all my needs were met, allowing me to soak in the beauty of Lavaur and the surrounding landscapes. This trip was a perfect showcase of the rich culinary and cultural experiences that the region has to offer, and I can't wait to return!
